Junior Paraplanner – Leeds

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Paraplanner to join our growing team in Leeds. You will work closely with two senior planners who manage high‑net‑worth clients, gaining hands‑on experience in cash‑flow modelling and lifestyle financial planning.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior planners with client meetings and preparation of suitability reports.
• Develop cash‑flow models and financial plans for clients with assets of £1m+.
• Conduct research and technical analysis to support advice recommendations.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Approximately 12 months of dedicated paraplanning experience, or a recent IFA/financial‑planning admin role with exposure to report writing and research.
• Ambitious to achieve Level 4 qualification (or higher) and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Strong analytical mindset and a desire to build a career in financial planning.

What we offer

• Salary between £34,000 and £36,000 per year, dependent on experience and exam progress.
