Junior People Partner - Events

About the role

We are a fast‑growing media and entertainment group seeking a Junior People Partner to support our dynamic workforce of over 500 employees across creative, commercial and operational functions. Reporting to a Senior People Partner, you will manage day‑to‑day people matters while contributing to strategic projects that shape our culture and enable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Handle employee relations cases and provide timely HR advice to managers and staff.
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver HR solutions.
• Support the design and delivery of HR initiatives that reinforce company values and improve employee experience.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and talent development activities for the events function.
• Contribute to data‑driven HR projects and reporting to inform people strategy.

Required profile

• Early‑career HR professional with solid generalist experience.
• Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable navigating both detailed tasks and broader strategic objectives.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, evolving environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
