About the role

Join Hometree Group as a Junior People Partner and support the rapid growth of our cover businesses. You will work closely with the Senior People Partner to partner two distinct cover operations, helping around 100 employees thrive in a fast‑moving, multi‑entity environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior People Partner to deliver HR services for Hometree and Your Repair cover businesses.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR support to approximately 100 staff across two customer‑operations teams.
• Assist in talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
• Contribute to the development and rollout of HR policies and processes that scale with the business.
• Support the integration of new acquisitions, ensuring a smooth people transition.

Required profile

• Early‑career HR professional with a genuine interest in people operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid, fast‑paced environment.
• Motivation to develop HR expertise within a high‑growth scale‑up.
