Junior Product Manager

About the role

Our client, located on the outskirts of Ware, is looking for a proactive Junior Product Manager to support the design, development and launch of innovative product solutions. You will manage the product lifecycle from concept through to market launch, ensuring customer requirements, regulatory standards and commercial goals are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage new product development projects from concept to launch.
• Identify opportunities for product improvement, innovation and cost efficiencies.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and external design partners to develop specifications and prototypes.
• Review technical drawings, maintain product documentation and support testing, compliance and certification.
• Prepare user guides, technical documentation and product information.
• Collaborate with suppliers and customers to optimise materials, design and production processes.
• Assist in creating product specifications, datasheets and marketing materials.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and customers.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are achieved.

Required profile

• Experience in product management, product design or a similar role.
• Understanding of product development and lifecycle management.
• Ability to interpret CAD drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong project management, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and material selection is advantageous.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Product Design, Engineering or a related discipline preferred.
