Junior Project Engineer

About the role

This is an entry‑level position for a Junior Project Engineer based in Salford. You will join a multinational construction and engineering firm, supporting senior managers and project teams on a variety of mechanical, MEP, civil and construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, coordination and delivery of engineering projects.
• Support project timelines, budgets, documentation and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Gain hands‑on experience across a range of commercial and industrial construction sites.

Required profile

• Experience or academic background in Mechanical, MEP, Civil Engineering or Construction.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to develop a career in project engineering.
• Ability to commute to Salford.
