Junior Project Manager – Building Services

About the role
This is an entry‑level project management position within a specialist building‑services company. You will be trained to manage installations that improve building airflow and will work on high‑profile projects across the North East.
Key responsibilities
- Co‑ordinate on‑site installation to meet client programmes
- Develop high‑quality working drawings in close liaison with clients
- Travel between project sites as required
- Adhere to health & safety standards and company procedures
Required profile
- Graduate or recent graduate with a construction or building‑services background
- Valid driving licence
- Enthusiastic about developing a career in project management
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD

- Salary £35,000‑£40,000 per annum
