Junior Project Manager

About the role

I am recruiting a proactive and ambitious graduate to join my client’s team as a Junior Project Manager. This role offers a chance to build a career in project management within a technical and construction‑related environment, working alongside experienced managers and reporting to the Head of Installations.

Key responsibilities

• Support and oversee installation projects from initial enquiry through to successful handover, acting as a primary client contact.
• Produce technical drawings and specifications, assist in preparing quotations and project documentation.
• Source and procure project materials, manage material requirements against schedules and budgets, and liaise with suppliers.
• Coordinate installation schedules, subcontractors and resources, ensuring projects stay on track.
• Assist with project budgeting, cost control, variations and maintain accurate project records.

Required profile

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Services, Project Management or a related technical discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

What we offer

• Salary of £27,500 per year plus performance bonus.
• Full‑time contract, 37.5 hours per week (Monday‑Friday, 09:00–17:30).
