Junior Property Manager

About the role

You will support the smooth operation of residential developments across Surrey, acting as the first point of contact for residents and clients. Working with a supportive local team, you will manage a defined portfolio, ensuring properties are safe, compliant and well‑maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident and client queries, log actions and provide timely updates.
• Schedule and attend site visits, produce clear reports and action lists.
• Coordinate contractors for maintenance, repairs and compliance checks.
• Monitor health, safety and statutory obligations, keeping records up to date.
• Support service charge and budget administration, including purchase orders and invoices.
• Prepare meeting packs, take minutes and follow up on post‑meeting actions.
