About the role
We are looking for a Junior QA Tester to join a small, dynamic testing team in our new Tunbridge Wells office. The position is ideal for a recent graduate or a candidate with some testing experience who wants to develop a career in software quality assurance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain test plans and test cases.
- Execute functional, regression and integration tests.
- Report defects and track them through resolution.
- Collaborate with developers and product owners in an Agile environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the testing process.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or candidate with some QA/testing experience.
- Strong interest in IT software testing.
- Willingness to work on‑site and learn from senior team members.

What we offer
