Junior Quality Control Operator (Design Focus)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Quality Control Operator to join our busy studio in Berkhamsted. You will work closely with the creative and design team, ensuring that all output meets the highest standards of accuracy and client requirements while gaining exposure to a variety of design‑related tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Proofread and quality‑check work using approved QC software and techniques.
• Verify that operators follow the latest specifications and complete all required checklists.
• Identify, mark and report errors for swift correction.
• Monitor performance data and contribute to regular quality reports.
• Support the creative team by building design presentation decks, assisting with renders and range reviews.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to the company’s Quality & Environmental Policy.

Required profile

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive attitude towards identifying and resolving issues.
• Interest in design, branding or creative work (desirable).
• Background in graphic design or a creative discipline (desirable but not essential).
