Junior Quantity Surveyor – Full Training & Progression

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join a well‑established MEP specialist firm in the South West. This is a full‑time, office‑based position with occasional site visits, offering a clear pathway to become a fully qualified Quantity Surveyor through comprehensive training and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the commercial management of MEP projects from inception to completion.
• Support senior directors with cost estimating, budgeting and tender documentation.
• Participate in site visits to gather data and verify measurements.
• Prepare and maintain project cost reports and documentation.

Required profile

• Junior or Assistant Surveyor, or experience in MEP, building services, or construction.
• Enthusiastic about developing a career in quantity surveying.
• Valid UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of construction and MEP concepts.
