About the role
This is an entry‑level recruitment position supporting a specialist sales‑talent consultancy. You will work closely with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth, professional hiring experience.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with applicants, manage their journey and coach them through interview and assessment stages.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure a high‑quality candidate experience.
- Identify, qualify and match talent to client requirements with commercial awareness.
- Support business development activities and contribute to team targets.

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and able to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
- Flexible mindset, comfortable with change and uncertainty.
