About the role

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with leading engineering and construction firms across the UK.
• Develop your own client portfolio through proactive business development and consultative sales.
• Source, screen and assess skilled candidates, managing the interview and offer process.
• Negotiate offers and guide candidates and clients through the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Become recognised as a specialist recruiter in the construction sector.

Required profile

• Recent college or university graduate (or graduating soon) or candidate with sales/customer‑facing experience.
• Competitive, ambitious and motivated to achieve targets.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
