Junior Service Delivery Manager

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Junior Service Delivery Manager to join our growing Client Success team. You will support a portfolio of customers, ensuring excellent service delivery through coordination of technical teams and proactive relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate technical teams to deliver services according to agreed SLAs.
• Monitor and report on SLA performance and service reviews.
• Produce insightful reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Experience working in a Managed Services environment.
• Background in Service Delivery Administration or as a Junior Service Delivery Manager.
• Hands‑on experience with an ITIL/ITSM tool such as ServiceNow, Halo or ConnectWise.
• Knowledge of incident, problem and change management processes.
• Excellent communication, organisational and reporting abilities.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
