Junior Shooting Instructor

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Shooting Instructor to join our dedicated team. You will coach a diverse range of clients, from beginners to experienced shooters, across various clay‑shooting and game‑shooting disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver full‑column lessons, drive ranges and organise competition entries.
• Provide briefings, present results and conduct prize‑giving for corporate groups.
• Assist with, and potentially host, game days and field shooting sessions.
• Maintain the shooting ground by helping across different departments when needed.
• Work full‑time Tuesday to Saturday at the main PRB location.

Required profile

• Fully qualified APSI instructor with proven experience.
• Valid shotgun certificate and full UK driving licence.
• CRB‑checked to work with young people.
• Strong client‑facing confidence, relationship and conflict management skills.
• Self‑motivated, commercially minded and able to work both independently and as a team player.

Required skills

• Sporting clays shooting competence.
• Knowledge of other clay‑shooting disciplines.
• Game‑shooting coaching experience, including Partridge, Pheasant & Grouse.
• APSI instructor qualification.
• Valid shotgun certificate.
