Junior Software Engineer – Hybrid, 4‑day week

About the role

We are looking for an intellectually curious Junior Software Engineer to join our fast‑growing team. You will work across the full stack, contributing to user‑facing features and the back‑end services that power them, while collaborating closely with product, design and client teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full‑stack applications using TypeScript, NestJS and React.
• Participate in the design, scaling and reliability of our cloud infrastructure on Azure.
• Implement data solutions with PostgreSQL, Azure Table Storage and Redis.
• Build integrations that allow corporate partners to connect securely to our platform.
• Create internal tools and dashboards to automate manual processes for non‑technical staff.
• Occasionally engage with clients to demonstrate the impact of delivered features.

Required profile

• Strong engineering mindset with a curiosity for how software works under the hood.
• Demonstrated passion for building – personal projects, portfolio or open‑source contributions.
• Ability to take ownership of problems and work autonomously while collaborating with a small team.
• Eagerness to learn from mentorship and clear architectural guidance.
