About the role
Join a fast‑growing InsurTech that puts sustainability, fairness and customer experience at its core. As a Junior Software Engineer you will take ownership of building and shipping customer‑facing products from day one across multiple insurance lines.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and launch production features for customer‑facing applications.
- Contribute to new product launches, partner integrations and platform improvements.
- Own work end‑to‑end with a high level of autonomy from the start.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Commercial and Data teams.
- Influence technical decisions and help shape the engineering direction.
Required profile
- Strong problem‑solving ability and solid engineering fundamentals.
- Academic background in a STEM discipline (preferred).
- Ability to work across full‑stack environments and quickly learn new technologies.
- Clear communication skills and a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset.
Required skills
- JavaScript (Angular framework)
- Python or similar programming language
What we offer
- Salary up to £40,000 per year, dependent on experience.
