Junior Technology Associate – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Trainee

About the role

Invesco is offering a 12‑month Fixed‑Term Contract for a Junior Technology Associate as part of its i2020 Investment20/20 programme. The role is designed for recent school leavers who want to gain hands‑on experience in technology, business analysis and project management within a global investment firm.

Key responsibilities

• Complete two rotations across different technology teams, contributing to end‑to‑end delivery of solutions.
• Assist in the design, build, test and maintenance of technology applications that support Invesco’s business goals.
• Apply business analysis and project‑management techniques to support agile delivery.
• Learn about fund management operations and the broader technology function.

Required profile

• Strong interest in technology and its impact on business.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to work collaboratively in a team.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Right to work in the UK until at least October 2027.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum processes (a plus).
