Junior Tennis Coach – Harlow

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Junior Tennis Coach to join our award‑winning club in Harlow. You will work with members of all ages and abilities, delivering high‑quality coaching in a state‑of‑the‑art indoor and outdoor tennis environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver group and private tennis lessons for beginners to advanced players.
• Organise and manage club competitions, leagues, ladders and partner‑match schemes.
• Promote tennis events and encourage member participation.
• Maintain a safe, fun and inclusive learning atmosphere.
• Collaborate with club staff to ensure smooth operation of tennis facilities.

Required profile

• Level 3 LTA coaching qualification (mandatory).
• Strong passion for health, fitness and helping others improve.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and able to deliver a great member experience.
