Junior Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

Maison Francis Kurkdjian is looking for a highly motivated Junior Trade Marketing Manager to support the implementation of its UK & Ireland marketing strategy. The role will focus on commercial objectives, translating market insights into trade marketing actions that drive sell‑out and profit for the luxury fragrance brand.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Commercial, Retail and store teams to design and execute trade marketing plans across flagship, strategic and new stores.
• Develop cross‑channel retail strategies grounded in market data to enhance brand equity and sales.
• Negotiate retailer rate cards, secure visibility, and influence internal stakeholders to support initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with retailers, LVMH group, and agency partners to position the brand as a strategic partner.
• Lead reporting and analytics at franchise level, measuring ROI and informing future strategies.
• Support DTC initiatives while protecting a lean distribution model.
• Define, negotiate and implement in‑store animations, POSM, events and media in collaboration with the VM function.
• Ensure all trade marketing activities are consumer‑centric, ROI‑focused and aligned with brand communication.
