Junior WordPress Developer – Digital Marketing Agency

About the role

We are looking for a Junior WordPress Developer to join a fast‑growing digital marketing agency in Colchester. You will work on a variety of client projects, building bespoke WordPress sites using modern block‑based themes while receiving one‑to‑one mentorship from senior developers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch responsive WordPress websites for clients across multiple sectors.
• Implement custom layouts and functionality using HTML and JavaScript.
• Test builds across different browsers to ensure compatibility and performance.
• Collaborate with senior staff and receive regular mentorship to accelerate your development skills.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience with WordPress development (personal projects, internships or junior roles).
• Solid understanding of HTML and JavaScript.
• Ability to commute to the Colchester office.
