Junior/Midweight Graphic Designer – Agency

About the role

Our award‑winning independent creative agency, with 15+ years of experience in sport, FMCG and fashion, is looking for a Junior/Midweight Graphic Designer. You will work on a diverse portfolio of client brands and the agency’s own marketing, creating designs for digital, print and retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design creative assets for seasonal campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives.
• Create digital content for social media, paid advertising, email marketing, websites and e‑commerce.
• Support retail graphics, POS materials, event branding and environmental graphics.
• Prepare artwork for both digital and print production.
• Take projects from concept through to final artwork while ensuring brand consistency.
• Assist with presentations, pitch decks and internal communications.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, marketers and the wider creative team.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a creative, brand or marketing agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign and multi‑channel work.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience creating assets across digital, social and print.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, branding and design fundamentals.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for high‑quality creative output.

• Salary £27,000‑£30,000 depending on experience.
