Kerbside Loader – Temporary Part‑Time Role

About the role

Our client is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their waste collection team in Calne as Kerbside Loaders on a temporary, ad‑hoc basis. You will work alongside a small crew to collect recycling and waste from residential streets and transport it safely back to the processing facility.

Key responsibilities

• Collect kerbside recycling and waste from designated residential areas.
• Load and transport collected material to the central facility.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Represent the organisation professionally when interacting with customers.

Required profile

• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
• Previous outdoor work experience preferred.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions and on Bank Holidays.
• Available to work Monday‑Thursday 7:00‑15:15 and Friday 7:00‑14:45.

Required skills

• Manual handling competence.
• Basic health and safety knowledge.
• Reversing assistance training.

What we offer

• £13.00 per hour.
