Key Account Executive

About the role

Moviato is seeking a proactive Key Account Executive to join its Bedford team. You will be the first point of contact for key customers, handling service queries and ensuring swift resolution while upholding the company’s high standards of pharmaceutical logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and log customer service queries via telephone and email, recording details in Salesforce CRM.
• Own each query from investigation to resolution, keeping clients updated on progress.
• Liaise with warehouse and transport teams to identify root causes of service failures and restore service promptly.
• Process goods uplift/returns and log adverse drug reactions.
• Monitor critical consignment deliveries and contribute to process improvements.
• Support the Internal Key Account Manager with information and reporting.
• Attend internal and external customer meetings or conference calls as required.
• Escalate potential financial loss issues and ensure compliance with quality procedures.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service or account management, preferably within logistics or healthcare.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to meeting service level agreements.
