Key Account Manager – Aerospace Manufacturing

About the role

Beagle Technology Group, a leading aerospace component manufacturer, is expanding its commercial team. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the Key Account Manager will act as the primary commercial liaison for a portfolio of strategic customers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts, serving as their main commercial contact.
• Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, pricing, contract reviews and negotiations.
• Monitor customer order books and delivery schedules to meet requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and Quality teams to resolve commercial and operational issues.
• Conduct regular customer reviews to identify future demand, priorities and growth opportunities.
• Track account performance and produce reports and forecasts on order intake, revenue, risks and opportunities.
• Represent the customer’s voice internally while balancing broader business objectives.
• Host customer visits and attend on‑site meetings for business reviews and relationship management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, key account or commercial management within an engineering, manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Commercially minded with a strong customer focus and ability to build long‑term partnerships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
