Key Account Manager

About the role

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead and grow its distribution network across the UK, Ireland and the Nordic region. You will act as the primary technical and commercial liaison for roughly ten distribution partners, driving sales of industrial components and consumables while providing expert support to both partners and end‑customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with distribution partners across the designated territories.
• Provide technical and commercial guidance to partners and their sales teams.
• Promote the company’s product range and technical solutions to end‑customers.
• Achieve and exceed growth targets and sales KPIs.
• Split time between home‑based work and travel to partner sites (approximately 50% each).

Required profile

• Proven track record of technical sales success in the industrial components or consumables sector.
• Experience selling through distribution channels and managing multi‑regional relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to meet sales targets.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the UK, Ireland and Nordic countries.
