Key Account Manager – Remote (UK)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, commercially‑driven Key Account Manager to lead and expand a portfolio of distributor, vending and foodservice accounts across the UK. The position is remote‑first, with occasional visits to the client’s office in Harlow, Essex.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Identify and win new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Deliver against sales targets and KPIs.
• Create account development plans and commercial proposals.
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, operations and supply‑chain teams.
• Monitor market trends, product development and customer needs.
• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or business development within the packaging, vending or foodservice sectors.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organised and target‑driven.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
