Key Account Manager – Strategic Accounts

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join a leading commercial services provider. You will act as a trusted commercial partner for a portfolio of national and strategic customers, developing long‑term account plans and driving growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic, multi‑site customer accounts.
• Build executive‑level relationships across multiple stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on long‑term growth.
• Drive customer retention, contract renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations and Service teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms and analyse account performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management, preferably with large multi‑site customers.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in sectors such as commercial catering, facilities management, contract catering or related business services.
