Key Accounts Administrator

About the role

Join a small, friendly team as a Key Accounts Administrator, where you will be the primary point of contact for customer accounts from order entry through to delivery. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, transport providers and internal departments to ensure smooth and accurate order processing.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders received via telephone, email and portals.
• Handle enquiries from customers and suppliers professionally.
• Prepare sales, shipping and customs documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and account information.
• Liaise with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Planning and Finance teams to meet customer requirements.
• Arrange and monitor deliveries with transport providers.
• Create customs declarations using the Trader Support Service portal.
• Resolve order, delivery and service queries.
• Provide post‑cover and general administrative support.
• Act as the site’s Fire Safety Head Marshal (training provided).

What we offer

• Salary £27,000–£30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
• Permanent, full‑time role – 39.5 hours per week.
• Hybrid working hours: Mon‑Thu 8:30‑17:00, Fri 8:30‑16:30.
