Key Client Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Key Client Manager to act as the primary liaison for a portfolio of strategic accounts. You will oversee projects from the initial enquiry through to delivery, ensuring seamless coordination across production, logistics, procurement and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with key customer accounts.
• Coordinate customer projects from enquiry to delivery, preparing quotations and commercial documentation.
• Monitor orders throughout the supply chain and liaise with internal teams to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and internal systems.
• Resolve customer queries and provide regular project updates.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience in key account management, customer service, commercial or project coordination.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive problem‑solving approach.
