Key Holder (16‑hour) – Retail

About the role

As a 16‑hour Key Holder at Levi’s you will be the essential link between our products and customers, supporting stylists and store management in a fast‑moving retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of customer service while embodying Levi’s brand values.
• Assist the Store Management team with daily tasks, store duties and visual standards.
• Motivate, support and coach the sales team to achieve personal targets and KPIs.
• Provide guidance for team development and ensure performance metrics are met.
• Maintain strong visual merchandising across the store.
• Help with deliveries, stockroom organization and inventory handling.
• Open and close the store in the absence of senior managers.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and aligned with its values.
• Proven experience meeting sales targets and KPIs in a retail setting.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work collaboratively.
• Experience managing a shop‑floor team and supporting store leadership.
