Key Holder (16‑hour shift)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a motivated Key Holder to join the Lakeside Village Outlet team in Essex. Working 16‑hour shifts, you will help bring the iconic Levi’s brand to life on the shop floor while ensuring smooth store operations during key trading periods.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and embody Levi’s brand values.
• Lead and support Stylists, motivating the team to meet personal and store KPIs.
• Manage store opening and closing procedures when management is absent.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom upkeep.
• Support store management with daily tasks, floor leadership, and operational duties.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with sales targets and KPI responsibility.
• Confidence in leading a shop‑floor team.
• Strong, solution‑focused customer service mindset.
• Ability to stay calm, make decisions, and take ownership in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to support management.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
