Key Holder (16‑hour shifts)

About the role

As a Key Holder at Levi Strauss & Co., you will be the frontline ambassador of the Levi’s® brand, ensuring the store runs smoothly during key trading hours. You will lead by example, support your teammates, and take charge of opening and closing procedures when management is absent.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while embodying brand values.
• Act as a role model for Stylists, motivating the team to meet personal and store KPIs.
• Manage store operations during peak periods, including opening and closing.
• Support store management with daily tasks, floor leadership, and operational duties.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom upkeep.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing team environment.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s® brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Confidence leading and supporting a shop‑floor team.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and proactive problem‑solving.
• Ability to stay calm, make decisions and take ownership in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
