Key Holder – 24hr Contract

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a motivated Key Holder to join the Bath store team on a 24‑hour contract. You will help bring the Levi’s® brand to life on the shop floor, ensuring smooth store operations during key trading hours.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while embodying brand values.
• Lead, motivate and support Stylists to achieve personal and store KPIs.
• Manage opening and closing procedures when management is absent.
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation and stockroom upkeep.
• Support Store Management with daily tasks, floor leadership and operational duties.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s® brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with sales targets and KPI responsibility.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and proactive problem‑solving.
• Ability to stay calm, make decisions and take ownership in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
