Key Holder – Part‑time (16‑hour contract)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a part‑time Key Holder to join its Castleford store. In this 16‑hour contract role you will help bring the Levi’s brand to life on the shop floor, supporting the team and ensuring smooth store operations during your shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while embodying brand values.
• Lead, motivate and guide Stylists to achieve personal and store KPIs.
• Manage store opening and closing procedures when management are absent.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall brand presentation.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation and stockroom upkeep.
• Support store management with daily tasks, floor leadership and operational duties.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong leadership and team‑support skills on the shop floor.
• Proactive, solution‑focused customer service mindset.
• Ability to stay calm, make decisions and take ownership in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
