Key Holder – Retail (16+ hrs weekdays & weekends)

About the role

As a Key Holder at Levi’s you will be the essential link between our products and customers, supporting stylists and ensuring smooth store operations in a dynamic retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of customer service while living the brand values.
• Support the Store Management team with daily tasks and store duties.
• Motivate, support and encourage the sales team to achieve exceptional service and personal targets.
• Provide guidance to the sales team to meet KPIs and support their development.
• Maintain strong visual standards across the store.
• Assist with deliveries and organise the stockroom.
• Open and close the store in the absence of senior managers.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Proven experience meeting KPIs and sales targets in a retail setting.
• Strong customer‑service skills and a team‑player attitude.
• Experience managing a team on the shop floor.
