Key Holder – Retail Sales Support

About the role

As a Key Holder at Levi’s you will act as the essential link between our products and customers, supporting store operations and the sales team in a dynamic retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of customer service while embodying brand values.
• Assist store management with daily tasks and overall store duties.
• Motivate, support and encourage the sales team to achieve exceptional service and personal sales targets.
• Provide guidance to develop team members and ensure key performance indicators are met.
• Maintain strong visual standards throughout the store.
• Help with deliveries and organise the stockroom efficiently.
• Open and close the store in the absence of senior managers.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and aligned with its values.
• Proven experience meeting KPIs and sales targets in a retail setting.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and a team‑player mindset.
• Ability to support and collaborate with management when needed.
• Experience leading a team on the shop floor.
