Key Holder – Retail Store – Bridgend (24h/3 days)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences at our cosmetics store in Bridgend. This role offers a first step into supervisory responsibilities within a leading prestige beauty brand.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with opening and closing the store on a rotating schedule.
• Perform start‑ and end‑of‑day cash reconciliation and manage cash handling procedures.
• Coach and mentor sales associates to achieve sales and service targets.
• Model inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure smooth store operations during busy periods.

Required profile

• Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or beauty.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a passion for the sector.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends and special events.
• Motivation to develop supervisory skills and grow within the company.

Required skills

• POS software proficiency.
• Cash reconciliation experience.
