Key Stage 2 Teacher – Full‑Time, Permanent

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our friendly school community on the Isle of Sheppey, starting September 2026. The role is full‑time and permanent, offering the chance to inspire pupils aged 7‑11 and contribute to a supportive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons across the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2.
• Maintain high expectations and promote positive behaviour and attitudes to learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues, support staff and leadership to raise standards.
• Provide personalised feedback and support to help each pupil reach their potential.
• Participate in whole‑school activities, meetings and professional development.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, or an early‑career teacher with relevant placement experience.
• Demonstrated excellent classroom practice and high expectations for all learners.
• Commitment to raising standards and promoting positive outcomes for every child.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
