About the role
Join Levi’s iconic Regent Street store as a part‑time Keyholder, working 12‑hour shifts on weekends and selected weekdays. You will act as the essential link between our products and customers while supporting the store’s Stylists and management team.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of customer service in line with Levi’s brand values.
- Support store management with daily tasks, opening and closing duties when senior managers are absent.
- Motivate, coach and develop the sales team to meet KPIs and personal sales targets.
- Maintain strong visual standards throughout the store.
- Assist with deliveries and organise the stockroom.
Required profile
- Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
- Proven experience meeting retail KPIs and sales targets.
- Strong customer‑service orientation.
- Team‑player who can support management and manage a shop‑floor team.
