Keyholder – 8‑Hour Shift – Opening & Closing Experience Required

About the role

As a Keyholder you will be the face of Levi’s® on the shop floor, ensuring the store runs smoothly during your 8‑hour shifts. You will lead by example, support your colleagues and take charge of opening and closing the store when management is not present.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while embodying Levi’s brand values.
• Act as a role model for Stylists, motivating the team to meet personal and store KPIs.
• Manage store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures.
• Support Store Management with daily tasks, floor leadership and operational duties.
• Maintain high visual‑merchandising and brand‑presentation standards.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation and stockroom standards.
• Help create a positive, inclusive and high‑performing team environment.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s® brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Confidence leading and supporting a team on the shop floor.
• Strong customer‑service mindset, proactive and solution‑focused.
• Ability to take ownership, make decisions and stay calm in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to support store management as needed.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
