Keyholder – Evenings & Weekends

About the role
As a Keyholder at Levi’s in Bristol you will be the essential link between our products and customers, working evenings and weekends. You will support the store management team, ensure smooth opening and closing, and help maintain high visual standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while embodying Levi’s brand values.
- Support store managers with daily tasks, stock organization and deliveries.
- Motivate and guide the sales team to meet KPIs and sales targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards across the store.
- Open and close the store in the absence of senior managers.
Required profile
- Previous retail management experience, preferably in a keyholder or supervisory role.
- Proven ability to drive KPIs and achieve sales targets.
- Strong customer service orientation and team‑player mindset.
- Passion for the Levi’s brand and denim culture.
