Keyholder – Retail Store Lead (40 hrs/week)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a Keyholder to join its Guildford store team. Working 40 hours per week, you will be responsible for keeping the shop running smoothly, especially during opening and closing when managers are away. This role combines customer‑facing duties with operational leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while embodying Levi’s brand values.
• Lead and motivate Stylists, helping the team meet personal and store KPIs.
• Manage store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures.
• Support store management with daily tasks, floor leadership, and operational duties.
• Maintain high visual‑merchandising and brand‑presentation standards.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom standards.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, high‑performing team environment.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Confidence leading and supporting a team on the shop floor.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and proactive problem‑solving.
• Ability to take ownership, make decisions, and stay calm in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to support store management.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
