About the role
As a DL Kids Coach you will lead a range of games, sporting activities and art sessions for club members aged 3 to 12. The role covers after‑school sessions, weekend programmes and holiday club camps, providing a fun and active environment for children.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging sports, games and creative activities for children.
- Run holiday club programmes and sport camps during school breaks.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive and supportive atmosphere for all participants.
- Communicate with parents and club staff about session plans and child progress.
- Maintain equipment and activity areas in good condition.
Required profile
- Minimum age 17 years.
- Working towards a childcare, teaching or coaching qualification.
- Previous experience in a similar children‑focused environment.
- Genuine passion for engaging and motivating young people.
