Kitchen Assistant – Airport Diner

About the role

Join Monty's Diner at Liverpool Airport as a Kitchen Assistant. The role is fixed‑term until September 2026, offering flexible shifts between 2 am and 10 pm on weekdays, weekends and public holidays. You can work full‑time (24 h per week) or part‑time (8 h per week) with overtime as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to specification and present them attractively.
• Measure ingredients and portion sizes accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation.
• Support kitchen and food safety standards throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Ambitious team player eager to develop a culinary career.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
• At least 5 years of references and a clear criminal record check.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Previous kitchen experience is essential.
