Kitchen Assistant – Airport Hospitality

About the role

Join one of the UK’s leading hospitality groups as a Kitchen Assistant, working in busy airport locations. You will support the back‑of‑house team by keeping the kitchen clean, washing dishes, and ensuring food preparation areas are ready for service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly.
• Clean and organise food preparation surfaces.
• Assist line chefs by providing necessary tools and ingredients.
• Report any issues or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.

Required profile

• Strong people skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude in a fast‑paced airport environment.
• Flexibility to work early shifts, sometimes starting at 3 am.
• Willingness to provide a five‑year reference history and undergo a criminal record check.
