About the role
As a Kitchen Assistant (line chef) you will be a vital part of the kitchen team, helping to keep service running smoothly during busy periods. You will support stock management, maintain cleanliness, and ensure dishes meet the required standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in daily kitchen operations, ensuring the service area is well‑stocked and clean.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards to protect staff and guests.
- Collaborate with chefs and other team members to deliver dishes to specification.
