Kitchen Assistant – Pub & Grill

About the role

As a Kitchen Assistant you will play a key part in keeping the kitchen running smoothly during busy service periods. You will ensure the kitchen is well‑stocked, clean and that the team has everything they need to deliver great dishes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain stock levels and keep the kitchen clean and organised.
• Support hygiene and safety standards to protect staff and guests.
• Communicate clearly with team members to provide necessary supplies and assistance.

Required profile

• A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
• Good spoken and written English for safety and allergen control.

Required skills

• Basic food‑handling and hygiene knowledge.
• Ability to follow health and safety regulations.
