Kitchen & Bathroom Sales Consultant – Colne

About the role

Join a leading UK retailer as a Kitchen & Bathroom Sales Consultant in a brand‑new store in Colne. You will guide customers from the first meeting through design, ordering and installation, turning their kitchen and bathroom visions into reality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a personalised, end‑to‑end customer journey for kitchen and bathroom projects.
• Conduct in‑store consultations and, when required, visit customers at their homes.
• Create design proposals, recommend products and coordinate with the installation team.
• Maintain showroom standards and support the wider store team.
• Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet customer needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling kitchens, bathrooms or similar home‑improvement products.
• Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Comfortable working in a commission‑driven environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and exceed sales targets.
