Kitchen & Bathroom Sales Designer – New Store Opening

About the role

We are seeking a Kitchen and Bathroom Sales Designer to join our new store in Whitehaven. You will deliver a personalised, consultative service to customers, guiding them from the first enquiry through to product delivery and installation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one service to customers throughout the sales journey.
• Design kitchens and bathrooms that meet customer requirements and showcase the latest trends.
• Offer expert advice on products, materials and layouts.
• Conduct in‑home consultations, take measurements and provide technical information.
• Achieve sales and service targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Passion for people and a consultative retail mindset.
• Experience in sales showrooms, furniture, home‑improvement or automotive retail (preferred).
• Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team.
• Professional and inquisitive approach to understanding customer needs.
